Detailed JD :
Minimum 3 years implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in 2 or more Talant management modules includes Recruiting management, Onboarding, PMGM and Succession & CDP
Should be certified in one or two SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
Knowledge and experience of any other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
Good knowledge in configuring system independently.
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Must be able to translate client business cases to technical business requirements.
Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
Ability to work independently on multiple modules same time.
Experience defining, implementing, supporting and rollouts
